For the Ellafair Artists

Thank you for Ellafair.

Artists, please join us as we talk about the future of the arts in Duncanville.

Thank you for making Ellafair something special for the community.

We would like to keep the conversation going. There is real momentum behind the idea of an artist community in Duncanville with a place to gather, grow, and celebrate the work. We want your voice in shaping what that becomes.

A model for arts development at 202 W. Center.

The Maiden Foundation and Duncanville Arts Foundation have established a working collaboration at 202 W. Center Street. The aim is to develop this property as a model for how Duncanville builds an arts economy for artists, and at the direction of artists. Picture a shared campus of painters, performers, chefs, and the small businesses that work alongside them. An incubator. A gathering ground. A place in Duncanville for all the arts to find each other, in good company.

A preview of the property is available at oldrailstation.com/thejunctionphotos.
