How will you reach Duncanville residents specifically?
Section 04

Pricing Structure

The Foundation accepts all revenue models. Ticketed formats produce the most direct substitution evidence: a resident who purchases a ticket is making a documented spending decision, which strengthens the substitution signal captured in the CII. Free and hybrid formats are valid under the strategy but require sponsor commitments or vendor deposits to satisfy the 100% pre-commitment threshold. Revenue model selection is a development conversation; the Foundation will work through the implications with you during the Develop stage.

How did you arrive at this price point? What comparable experiences inform your pricing?
Section 05

Proposed Activation Date

If recurring, what frequency do you envision?
Section 06

Estimates are acceptable at this stage. The development process includes budget refinement with Foundation staff. All costs must be covered by pre-committed revenue before activation proceeds.
