Campaign Constraint
Campaign must open at least 35 days before the activation date to allow for the go/no-go determination and production lead time.
Baseline Night Constraint
Four baseline Wednesdays must fall within the 60 days preceding the activation. Workshop 4 confirms these dates.
Reconciliation
Financial reconciliation is due within 14 days of activation night. Stage 5 begins after reconciliation is accepted.
First Cohort Note
The 10-day interval is recommended for the first cohort. Compress after you see where proposers need time.
